Overview

The Eartec RJ9/4P4C QD Headset Bottom Cable (U10P) (EAR-QD002P) is a direct-connect cable for connecting Eartec headsets to compatible landline phones. One end features a Quick Disconnect (QD) connector, allowing users to easily unplug their headset and walk away from their desk without removing the headset. The other end terminates in an RJ9/4P4C (4-pin, 4-conductor) modular plug, designed to fit a phone's dedicated headset port. The cable is coiled, providing a flexible, tangle-free length that stretches up to approximately 80 inches. It is specifically wired for compatibility with certain phone models from brands like , Mitel, Nortel, and Aastra, but it will not work with mobile phones or computers. This accessory is an alternative to the Plantronics U10P cable (part number 27190-01) and is essential for office and call center environments using compatible equipment.
