Overview
The CI-8861-BZ is a replacement bezel (faceplate) designed specifically for the Cisco IP Phone 8861 (as well as the 8841 and 8851 models). It is used to cover the area surrounding the phone's display and dial pad, allowing for easy color customization or replacement of damaged/scratched plastic plates.
