Overview

The StarTech J9153A-ST is a third-party, compatible version of the original Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) J9153A SFP+ transceiver module, designed to offer 10Gbps (10GBASE-ER) connectivity over single-mode fiber for long distances (up to 40km). It features an LC connector, operates at 1550nm wavelength, supports Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM), and is tested to work reliably in compatible HPE switches and routers, as well as other MSA-compliant networking gear.
