Overview

StarTech offers 5m MPO/MTP fiber cables in two main configurations to suit different network needs: a straight-through MTP(F)/PC to MTP(F)/PC cable (MPO12PL5M) for direct 40Gb connections, and a breakout MTP(F)/PC to 4x LC Duplex cable (MPO8LCPL5M) for connecting a 40Gb port to four 10Gb ports. Both are multimode OM3 cables with a plenum-rated jacket, ensuring suitability for high-density, fire-rated installations.
