Overview
The Poly Rove B4 Base Station provides robust wireless voice communications using Secure DECT technology
and the open SIP protocol, making it ideal for enterprise workplaces such as warehouses, factories, hospitals and large offices that need reliable cordless telephony support.
Each B4 base station offers extended range — up to approximately 50 m (165 ft) indoors and 300 m (980 ft) outdoors
and supports up to 30 registered handsets and 8 simultaneous calls per base unit, with seamless roaming between multiple base stations in the same system.
A multi-cell deployment can support up to 254 base stations, 1 000 handsets, 1 000 SIP registrations and 2 000 simultaneous calls, allowing truly large-scale coverage.
The B4 connects via standard Ethernet with PoE support, and also comes with accessories for wall mount or desktop use.
