Overview
The Kuando Busylight Combi (KU28-0003) is a visual presence indicator designed to reduce workplace interruptions by signaling your availability to colleagues. It automatically glows red when you are on a call via your desk phone or headset and can be manually switched to blue to indicate a "Do Not Disturb" focus mode. This model is specifically built for physical desk phones and is compatible with roughly 90% of corded and wireless headsets. Importantly, it operates without software and is not compatible with softphones like Microsoft Teams or Zoom, mobile phones, or Bluetooth headsets.
