The Knights D40 Surface Contact with Double Reed is a Grade 1 surface-mount magnetic contact sensor used in wired intruder alarm systems to detect the opening and closing of doors and windows.

Designed with five terminals and a double-reed switch, it provides dependable contact change detection for security panels and control systems.

Its compact housing and simple installation make it suitable for residential and commercial perimeter protection, and it’s compatible with most standard alarm control panels.
