Overview
The Jabra Supervisor Y Cord with mute is a specialized accessory that connects two Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to a single desk phone for training and supervision. Both the agent and supervisor can listen to the caller, and the supervisor can use an in-line mute switch to monitor the call silently or join the conversation. This allows for effective agent coaching without interrupting the customer conversation. It is designed for Jabra wired QD headsets and requires a separate compatible Jabra bottom cord to connect to the phone.
