Overview

The Agent Buddy Training Switch is a simple yet effective headset accessory that lets both a trainer and an advisor join or leave a call easily during side-by-side training scenarios.

It provides two mute buttons on a compact unit that supports wired, wireless, or mixed headset setups and works with a wide range of telephones and headsets from brands like Plantronics, Jabra, and Sennheiser.

The adapter splits the headset port and allows either party to listen-in or take over conversations without unplugging gear, making it ideal for call centres, help desks, or softphone training setups.
