The ATEN KA7183 USB‑C Virtual Media KVM Adapter is designed to bridge modern USB‑C devices with traditional computer room KVM switch infrastructures, enabling seamless control of USB‑C hosts via a single cable connection. Once plugged into a USB‑C port on a laptop or desktop, it extends keyboard, video, and mouse signals over Cat5/6 cabling back to the KVM switch.
