Overview
The ATEN CE370 PS/2 VGA/Audio Cat 5 KVM Extender is engineered to provide reliable remote access to computer systems from distances up to 300 meters. Using standard Cat 5e cabling, it extends keyboard, mouse, video, audio, and RS-232 signals between local and remote consoles without signal degradation. The integrated deskew function automatically synchronizes RGB signal timing to eliminate color distortion caused by long-distance transmission. Automatic Signal Compensation and adjustable gain control ensure optimal video quality across varying cable lengths. Dual console operation allows simultaneous control from both local and remote locations, making it ideal for industrial environments, control rooms, and secure server installations where equipment must remain protected.
