Overview

The fi-7460 is easy to set up, use and maintain and comes bundled with a user friendly and intuitive scanner driver PaperStream IP along with batch scanning automation and enhancement software PaperStream Capture. A4 landscape scanning speeds in both colour or black and white at up to 300 dpi is 60 pages per minute or 120 images per minute through the 100 page capacity ADF. The fi-7460 can scan a huge variety of material from plastic cards to booklets to even folded A1 in size.

Technical Features
  • Intuitive feeding functions: The fi-7460 scanner features iSOP (Intelligent Sonic Paper Protection) using acoustic sensors to detect irregular paper movement noise and stop feeding to prevent document damage. It also includes an ultrasonic sensor for accurate multifeed detection and an intelligent multifeed function that recognises intentional attachments like sticky notes or photos and excludes those zones from alerts.
  • Skew Reducer: Ensures straight paper feeding when scanning mixed document batches. Multi-segmented pick rollers rotate independently to prevent skew from one sheet affecting the next, maintaining precise alignment.
  • Hassle free monitoring and administering: Backlit LCD panel displays scanner settings, operating status and paper counter. Includes Scanner Central Admin tools for managing multiple scanners, monitoring status and updating drivers/software from one central location, reducing operational costs.
  • PaperStream IP and PaperStream Capture: Bundled with PaperStream IP (TWAIN/ISIS compliant driver with image enhancement and real-time processing for improved OCR results) and PaperStream Capture for batch scanning, data verification and routing to directories or repositories via an intuitive GUI.
  • Service and Support: One year Advance Exchange warranty including online support, parts, labour and shipping. A refurbished replacement scanner is provided in case of fault.
